North East WWTP

This project began in November 2009 on two sites. E.E. Austin's work includes all of the concrete structures, new masonry buildings, new wood pole barns, as well as all treatment equipment and piping.
Site I work includes several new buildings, including a new garage, two pump and blower buildings, a new aeration tank, a new 78' x 78' aerobic digester, and new headworks building.
Site II includes a new 86' diameter treatment tank, new reactor clarifier, new headworks building, two new blower buildings, new sludge building, and several other structures. The project adds a third treatment "train" to the plant. After the new train is operational, the two existing trains will be renovated.
Work is scheduled to continue until June 2011.

Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley

E.E. Austin completed this complex concrete project for the 140,000-SF Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley, Ellicottville, NY.
Austin's scope of work included all concrete foundations, slabs on grade and slabs on deck, roof trusses, insulated roof panels, precast concrete for the parking area, sidewalks, and pool retaining walls.

Saint Mary's East Campus Addition

This project is nearly complete, with the owner taking occupancy mid-June 2010.
E.E. Austin was Construction Manager and General Contractor for the 56,000-SF addition and 58,000-SF renovation.
The 2-story addition and renovation project will modernize the skilled nursing portion of the campus. The completed project will result in each of the 100 residents having a private room. The project also includes a new therapy center.
The scope of work includes demolition, excavation, sitework, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, roofing, all interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical work.
