Erie School District Central Kitchen

We are currently working on the new 20,000 SF Central Kitchen building for the Erie School District.

The walls are constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). Our work includes the entire structure, including all sitework, finishes, and food service equipment.

Work began in March and is scheduled to be complete this fall.

Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley

E.E. Austin is currently working on a complex concrete project for the 140,000-SF Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley, Ellicottville, NY.

Austin's scope of work includes all concrete foundations, slabs on grade and slabs on deck, roof trusses, insulated roof panels, precast concrete for the parking area, sidewalks, and pool retaining walls.

St. Mary's East Campus Addition

Work on the addition is nearing completion at St. Mary's East Campus. Once residents move into the addition, work will begin full force on the renovations.

E.E. Austin is Construction Manager and General Contractor for the 56,000-SF addition and 58,000-SF renovation.

The 2-story addition and renovation project will modernize the skilled nursing portion of the campus. The completed project will result in each of the 100 residents having a private room. The project also includes a new therapy center.

The scope of work includes demolition, excavation, sitework, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, roofing, all interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical work.

Gannon University - Zurn Science Center

We are busily working on this 155,000-SF, multi-phase interior renovation of the existing Zurn Science Center at Gannon University.

Scope of work includes extensive demolition, lecture hall renovation, insulating exterior walls, drywall & acoustical work, masonry work, specialty curved wood, interior finishes, metal ceilings, and wood doors.
