Casino Foundation - The foundation work consisted of 70' deep auger cast piles, concrete beams, pile caps and pipe tunnels.
Casino Clubhouse - The main contract for the concrete and general trades work for this 140,000sf clubhouse.
Grooms Quarters - Two-story, 12,800sf structural metal framed slab on grade and slab on deck floor, wood trusses with shingle roof and vinyl siding.
Table Games Addition - 14,000sf addition and renovation to 20,000sf of the existing casino space.
