Presque Isle Downs and Casino (2007)
New 138,000-SF gaming facility (clubhouse) as well as track, crew, and electrical buildings for new casino and horse racing track in Erie, PA. Foundations were 70’ deep auger cast piles w/ pile caps, concrete grade beams, and concrete pipe tunnels. We also held the contracts for slabs-on-grade and slabs-on-deck, interior finish work, light pole foundations, and the Paddock Administration building for the horse track.

New 5-story 35,000-SF suite-style dormitory on the Penn State Behrend campus in Erie, PA. Included excavation, masonry bearing wall and precast concrete plank structure, slabs on grade, interior finishes, and sitework.
