General Trades Contractor for this 30,000sf facility in Fairview, PA. The new building was comprised of offices, secure holding cells, and parking garage. This project was a USGBC LEED Silver Project.

Robert H. Jackson Center
Historic multi-phase renovation facility in Jamestown, New York. Phase 1 involved the construction of new archive and exhibit areas. Phase 2 included renovation of the auditorium seating and ceiling work. Phase 3 was an upgrade to the banquet room.

General construction of four-story mini hotel in historic Chautauqua Institution.

Chautauqua Institution Access Improvements
Complete renovation of existing Main Entrance building at the Institution in Chautauqua, NY. Work included interior finishes, mechanical and electrical work, sitework, new parking lot and parking control structures.
Erie County Courthouse - 5th Floor
Our work on the 22,000sf project included demolition, windows, interior partitions, interior finishes, ceilings, file storage system, and office furniture.
Tenants in the new space include the District Attorney department, the County Executive, and the County accounting/finance department.
With work nearly complete, a malfunctioning water filter caused water damage on to a large portion of the new finishes and damaged areas of every floor in the courthouse. E.E. Austin performed the work to repair the damaged areas.
