New bio-diesel plant in Erie, PA. Work included two 10,000-SF processing buildings (mat foundations, masonry walls, interiors, and mechanical work) and concrete and liner for 21 ringwalls (15’ to 80’ in diameter).

Ellwood National Steel Melt Shop Modernization (2005)
Renovate previously abandoned melt shop in Irvine, PA. Work included demolition of existing foundations, new 120’ long x 30’ wide x 27’ deep ingot pit (sheetpiling, excavation, concrete walls, steel liner panels), mass equipment foundations, control room addition.

Metro Machine Intermediate Graving Dock (2004)
Construction of a removable watertight dock gate 120' long and 33' high with concrete foundation and abutments. Modification of existing sump and dewater system, along with gate and dry dock startup and testing.
