St. Vincents Medical Office Building (2007)
New 4-story 90,000-SF medical office building in Erie, PA, including excavation, structure, interior finishes, and sitework. Also included foundations and concrete work for 900-car precast concrete parking structure.

Hamot Medical Center ER/OR (2001)
Construction Manager and contractor for 2-story, 22,000-SF Emergency Room and Operating Room addition to Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA. Also included renovations to existing Emergency Room, PACU, ICU, and Surgery Support areas.

New 160,000-SF elderly care facility in Erie, PA. We held the contracts for all aspects of this 34-acre campus: sitework, foundations, wood-framed structures, masonry, all interior work, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
