Saint Vincent Hardner Building

90,000sf, four-story medical office building at Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie, PA.

Hamot Medical Center ED/OD

Construction Manager and contractor for 2-story, 22,000sf Emergency and Operating Department addition to Hamot Hospital in Erie, PA.  Also included renovations to existing Emergency Department, PACU, ICU, and Surgery Support areas.

Saint Mary's East Campus

    E.E. Austin was Construction Manager and General Contractor for the 56,000sf addition and 58,000sf renovation. The 2-story addition and renovation project will modernize the skilled nursing portion of the campus.

    This will result in each of the 100 residents having a private room. The project also includes a new therapy center.

    The scope of work includes demolition, excavation, sitework, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, roofing, all interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical work.

Shriners Hospital for Children

Three-story, 36,000sf hospital addition.  Work included renovation to three areas (15,000sf total) inside the existing building, site work and demolition of original hospital building.
