Tom Ridge Environmental Center Concrete Work
Concrete work for new 58,000sf visitors center near Presque Isle State Park. Highlight is the 110' tall concrete elevator shaft. Work also included augured piers, slabs on grade, slabs on deck, curved and straight foundation walls, exposed aggregate sidewalks, and curbs.

Erie Parking Authority M-2 Parking Structure
New six-level, 560 car, post-tensioned concrete parking garage in Erie, PA. Work included elevator, architectural precast, site parking and landscape work.

Engineer: Desman Associates, Chicago, IL
We have also done numerous renovations and repair projects on almost all of the parking garages in Erie. Some of them include:
- Site K-1 - full-depth slab repairs to post-tensioned ramp, including shoring
- Site M-1 - stair tower and elevator addition
- SiteQ - full-depth slab repairs, beam and column repairs, with shoring, weatherproof membrane
- Site D-1 - new 410 car post-tensioned ramp adjacent to existing ramp
Erie Parking Authority D-1 Parking Structure
Three-story, post tensioned 410 car concrete parking ramp.

Stryker Readiness Center and Maintenance Shop
Concrete subcontract to Mascaro Construction Company for Combat Team Readiness Center in Cambridge Springs, PA. Work included foundations, slabs-on-deck, concrete pavement, curbs, and sidewalks.
