Erie Parking Authority M-2 Parking Structure (2004)

New six-level, 560-car post-tensioned concrete parking garage in Erie, PA. Work included elevator, architectural precast, site parking and landscape work.

• Site K-1 - full-depth slab repairs to post-tensioned ramp, including shoring (2007)
• Site M-1 - stair tower and elevator addition (2003)
• SiteQ - full-depth slab repairs, beam and column repairs, with shoring, weatherproof membrane (2004)
• Site D-1 - new 410-car post-tensioned ramp adjacent to existing ramp (1999)
