New six-level, 560 car, post-tensioned concrete parking garage in Erie, PA.  Work included elevator, architectural precast, site parking and landscape work.

Engineer:   Desman Associates, Chicago, IL

We have also done numerous renovations and repair projects on almost all of the parking garages in Erie. Some of them include:

  • Site K-1 - full-depth slab repairs to post-tensioned ramp, including shoring 
  • Site M-1 - stair tower and elevator addition 
  • SiteQ - full-depth slab repairs, beam and column repairs, with shoring, weatherproof membrane 
  • Site D-1 - new 410 car post-tensioned ramp adjacent to existing ramp
