St. Mary's East Campus Addition

Work on the addition is nearing completion at St. Mary's East Campus. Once residents move into the addition, work will begin full force on the renovations.
E.E. Austin is Construction Manager and General Contractor for the 56,000-SF addition and 58,000-SF renovation.
The 2-story addition and renovation project will modernize the skilled nursing portion of the campus. The completed project will result in each of the 100 residents having a private room. The project also includes a new therapy center.
The scope of work includes demolition, excavation, sitework, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, roofing, all interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical work.
